Professional Responsibilities Include:

• Support students in completing classroom assignments and accessing learning
• Work alongside teachers to implement engaging, student-centered lessons
• Foster a calm, respectful, and inclusive classroom community
• Support students in developing problem-solving skills and positive behaviors
• Use proactive and responsive strategies, including de-escalation techniques, to support student success
• Collaborate and communicate regularly with teachers and staff to support student growth
• Must be willing to become CPI certified
